The questions raised by the study group are related to this. In this report, we propose a set of ideas that could be implemented for improving digital transformation and we present two distinct methodologies to address the company's request. The first approach is Excel-based and more practically oriented towards being an immediate help of the current decisions. The second approach, based on R software, is more formal and requires a more time-consuming implementation. To better take advantage of the potential information and optimize the management procedures, we propose to take into account several resources, such as databases of clients, stock, and furniture.
