Young Minds"],"abstract":"<jats:p>Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, aims to help people get safe and fair jobs, and to earn enough money to support their families and communities. This goal is about helping businesses grow in a better way and treat workers fairly. Creating a new product, increasing\/decreasing workers\u2019 salaries, or changing how jobs are performed involve risky decisions that business owners must consider. Currently, a big question is whether businesses should stick with traditional methods or invest in smart robots and artificial intelligence, which could help them work faster and better. These choices may look simple but they have important consequences: how many people get jobs, what kinds of work they do, and even how much money they earn.
