Therefore, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), which enables efficient spectrum sharing, has attracted growing attention as a promising solution. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-assisted ISAC systems. It first introduces a four-dimensional quantitative evaluation framework grounded in information theory. Then, we provide a structured overview of coordination mechanisms between different types of RIS and UAV platforms within ISAC architectures. Furthermore, we analyze the application characteristics of various multiple access schemes in these systems.
