Therefore, knowing the development of a company\u2019s research becomes essential. The aim of this work is to develop a bibliometric analysis of the literature published in the Web of Science database to analyze the advances and trends in the development of research. The methodology analyzed bibliometric quantity and quality indicators using Bibliometrix, VOSviewer, and SciMAT software.
