A conceptual model based on the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI), the Technology\u2013Organization\u2013Environment (TOE), and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) combined framework were proposed and tested using data collected from 367 higher education students, faculty members, and employees. SPSS Amos 24 was used for CB-SEM to choose the best-fitting model, which proved more efficient than traditional multiple regression analysis to examine the relationships among the proposed constructs, ensuring model fit and statistical robustness. The findings reveal that Compatibility \u201cC\u201d, Complexity \u201cCX\u201d, User Interface \u201cUX\u201d, Perceived Ease of Use \u201cPEOU\u201d, User Satisfaction \u201cUS\u201d, Performance Expectation \u201cPE\u201d, Artificial intelligence \u201cAI\u201d introducing new tools \u201cAINT\u201d, AI Strategic Alignment \u201cAIS\u201d, Availability of Resources \u201cAVR\u201d, Technological Support \u201cTS\u201d, and Facilitating Conditions \u201cFC\u201d significantly impact AI adoption intentions. At the same time, Competitive Pressure \u201cCOP\u201d and Government Regulations \u201cGOR\u201d do not.
