These data consist of a transcriptome dataset (four libraries) obtained from the leaves of strawberry plants treated with LEDs of blue and red spectrums and the hormones of Methyl Jasmonate (MeJA) and Methyl Salicylate (MeSA), which allowed us to conduct a further analysis of the growth and development processes of strawberry plants. In addition, we describe detailed procedures on how the plants were prepared and treated and how the data were generated and processed beforehand.
