The state and information continuity relations are discussed and a nonclassical character of the resultant gradient information source is emphasized. The states of noninteracting and interacting subsystems in the model donor-acceptor reactive system are compared and configurations of the mutually-closed and -open equidensity orbitals are tackled. The density matrices for subsystems in reactive complexes are used to describe the entangled molecular fragments and electron communications in donor-acceptor systems which determine the entropic multiplicity and composition of chemical bonds between reactants.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/e22070749","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2020,7,7]],"date-time":"2020-07-07T10:41:09Z","timestamp":1594118469000},"page":"749","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":13,"title":["Information-Theoretic Descriptors of Molecular States and Electronic Communications between Reactants"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"22","author":[{"given":"Roman F.","family":"Nalewajski","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Theoretical Chemistry, Jagiellonian University, Gronostajowa 2, 30-387 Cracow, Poland"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2020,7,7]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","first-page":"700","DOI":"10.1017\/S0305004100009580","article-title":"Theory of statistical estimation","volume":"22","author":"Fisher","year":"1925","journal-title":"Proc.
