Information models, classifications and terminologies, such as the \u201cvirtual medical record\u201d (vMR), the \u201cinternational classification of functioning, disability and health\u201d (ICF), the \u201cinternational classification of diseases\u201d (ICD) and the \u201csystematized nomenclature of medicine\u2014clinical terms\u201d (SNOMED CT), are used for knowledge integration and reasoning.
