Corporate and individual clients become victim to stamp fraud and incur losses when security teams investigate such mailings. The blockchain technology is supposed to be a solution to make postage stamps market transparent and to guarantee invariability of stamps volume produced and used. The blockchain-based supply chain for postage stamps is introduced in the article.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/informatics5040042","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2018,11,15]],"date-time":"2018-11-15T11:32:47Z","timestamp":1542281567000},"page":"42","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":24,"title":["Blockchain-Based Supply Chain for Postage Stamps"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"5","author":[{"given":"Yury","family":"Yanovich","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Software Department, Bitfury, 1016 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands"},{"name":"Center for Computational and Data-Intensive Science and Engineering, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), 121205 Moscow, Russia"},{"name":"Laboratory of Data Mining and Predictive Modeling, Institute for Information Transmission Problems (IITP RAS), 127051 Moscow, Russia"}]},{"given":"Igor","family":"Shiyanov","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Strategy Office, Russian Post, 131000 Moscow, Russia"}]},{"given":"Timur","family":"Myaldzin","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Strategy Office, Russian Post, 131000 Moscow, Russia"},{"name":"Department of Geography of World Economy, Faculty of Geography, Lomonosov Moscow State University, 119991 Moscow, Russia"}]},{"given":"Ivan","family":"Prokhorov","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Software Department, Bitfury, 1016 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands"},{"name":"Department of Geography of World Economy, Faculty of Geography, Lomonosov Moscow State University, 119991 Moscow, Russia"}]},{"given":"Darya","family":"Korepanova","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Software Department, Bitfury, 1016 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands"},{"name":"Faculty of Computer Science, Higher School of Economics, 125319 Moscow, Russia"}]},{"given":"Sergey","family":"Vorobyov","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Software Department, Bitfury, 1016 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands"},{"name":"Faculty of Computer Science, Higher School of Economics, 125319 Moscow, Russia"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2018,11,15]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","unstructured":"Simchi-Levi, D., Simchi-Levi, E., and Kaminsky, P.
