Furthermore, current technology variables, public value variables, and e-government ambidexterity are incorporated into a framework for measuring e-government service performance. The partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) approach was used in this study as the quantitative method. Four hundred twenty-five final data points were used as a sample, and all seven proposed hypotheses are accepted, have positive values, and have a significant impact.
