Drawing on the qualitative case study of a South Korean university library that implemented an AI-powered chatbot, the study examines its impact on service personalization, user engagement, and research efficiency. The thematic analysis of interviews with users and staff reveals how AI integration transforms the user experience and redefines professional roles.
