The responses of different concentrations were compared and studied. It was found that both the response rate and its acceleration were affected by the gas concentration. An Intermolecular Forces Based Model was established to explain the adsorption and desorption dynamic response curves. A new method was proposed based on this model. The first and second derivative extrema (FSDE) of the response curve can be attained quickly to calibrate the gas concentrations. The experiment results demonstrated that this new method could eliminate the baseline drift and was capable of increasing the efficiency of gas calibration significantly.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/s19040889","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2019,2,20]],"date-time":"2019-02-20T11:45:39Z","timestamp":1550663139000},"page":"889","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":30,"title":["A New Model and Its Application for the Dynamic Response of RGO Resistive Gas Sensor"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"19","author":[{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0003-3808-5532","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Hongfei","family":"Du","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"},{"name":"School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 611731, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Guangzhong","family":"Xie","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Yuanjie","family":"Su","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Huiling","family":"Tai","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Xiaosong","family":"Du","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"He","family":"Yu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Qiuping","family":"Zhang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu 610054, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2019,2,20]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","first-page":"652","DOI":"10.1038\/nmat1967","article-title":"Detection of individual gas molecules adsorbed on graphene","volume":"6","author":"Schedin","year":"2007","journal-title":"Nat.
