However, the inherent hysteresis characteristics of TMR affect its applications in high accuracy scenarios. It is essential to build a model to describe the attributes of hysteresis of TMR accurately. Preisach model is one of the popular models to describe the behavior of inherent hysteresis for TMR, whereas it presents low accuracy in high-order hysteresis reversal curves. Furthermore, the traditional Preisach model has strict congruence constraints, and the amount of data seriously affects the accuracy. This paper proposes a hysteresis model from a probability perspective. This model has the same computational complexity as the classic Preisach model while presenting higher accuracy, especially in high-order hysteresis reversal curves. When measuring a small amount of data, the error of this method is significantly reduced compared with the classical Preisach model. Besides, the proposed model\u2019s congruence in this paper only needs equal vertical chords.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/s21227672","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2021,11,19]],"date-time":"2021-11-19T02:43:09Z","timestamp":1637289789000},"page":"7672","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":4,"title":["Research of Probability-Based Tunneling Magnetoresistive Sensor Static Hysteresis Model"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"21","author":[{"given":"Yutao","family":"Li","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Liliang","family":"Wang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Hao","family":"Yu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"High Voltage Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, Beijing 100192, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Zheng","family":"Qian","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2021,11,18]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","first-page":"5352","DOI":"10.1063\/1.373345","article-title":"Integrated giant magnetoresistance bridge sensors with transverse permanent magnet biasing","volume":"87","author":"Ku","year":"2000","journal-title":"J.
