During the measurement, the single-line structured light projects onto the surface of an object and the three-line structured light remains fixed. The single-line laser is moved and intersects with the three-line laser to form three intersection points. The single-line light plane can be solved using the camera coordinates of three intersection points, thus completing the real-time calibration of the scanned light plane. The single-line laser can be scanned at any angle to determine the overall complete three-dimensional (3D) shape of the object during the process. Experimental results show that this method overcomes the difficulty of obtaining information about certain angles and locations and can effectively recover the 3D shape of the object. The measurement system\u2019s repetition error is under 0.16 mm, which is sufficient to measure the 3D shapes of complicated workpieces.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/s23010013","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2022,12,20]],"date-time":"2022-12-20T04:21:56Z","timestamp":1671510116000},"page":"13","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":20,"title":["A Three-Dimensional Structured Light Vision System by Using a Combination of Single-Line and Three-Line Lasers"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"23","author":[{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0001-9769-3242","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Qiucheng","family":"Sun","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"College of Computer Science and Technology, Changchun Normal University, Changchun 130032, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Zeming","family":"Ren","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"College of Computer Science and Technology, Changchun Normal University, Changchun 130032, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Jinlong","family":"Zhu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"College of Computer Science and Technology, Changchun Normal University, Changchun 130032, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Weiyu","family":"Dai","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"College of Computer Science and Technology, Changchun Normal University, Changchun 130032, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Mingze","family":"Wang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"College of Computer Science and Technology, Changchun Normal University, Changchun 130032, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Mingyu","family":"Sun","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"College of Computer Science and Technology, Changchun Normal University, Changchun 130032, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2022,12,20]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","first-page":"166390","DOI":"10.1016\/j.ijleo.2021.166390","article-title":"Multi-line laser projection 3D measurement simulation system technology","volume":"231","author":"Li","year":"2021","journal-title":"Optik"},{"key":"ref_2","first-page":"193","article-title":"Evaluating hip implant wear measurements by CMM technique","volume":"364\/365","author":"Uddin","year":"2016","journal-title":"Wear Int.
