The device has the characteristics of low cost, miniaturization, and strong compatibility, and it can acquire eight-channel surface EMG signals in real time while retaining the possibility of expanding the channel. This paper introduces the design and function of the embedded EMG acquisition device in detail, which includes the use of wired transmission to adapt to complex electromagnetic environments, light signals to indicate signal strength, and an embedded processing chip to reduce signal noise and perform filtering. The test results show that the device can effectively collect the original EMG signal, which provides a scheme for improving the level of human\u2013computer interactions and enhancing the robustness and intelligence of exoskeleton equipment. The development of this device provides a new possibility for the intellectualization of exoskeleton systems and reductions in their cost.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/s24134106","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2024,6,24]],"date-time":"2024-06-24T13:06:40Z","timestamp":1719234400000},"page":"4106","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":10,"title":["An Embedded Electromyogram Signal Acquisition Device"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"24","author":[{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0009-0004-9455-9442","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Changjia","family":"Lu","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"},{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Xin","family":"Xu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Yingjie","family":"Liu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-5444-4366","authenticated-orcid":false,"given":"Dan","family":"Li","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Yue","family":"Wang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Wenhao","family":"Xian","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Changbing","family":"Chen","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Emergency Science Research Academy, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing 100013, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Baichun","family":"Wei","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Medicine and Health, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Jin","family":"Tian","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Mechatronics Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2024,6,24]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","first-page":"1361","DOI":"10.1007\/s12551-020-00770-w","article-title":"Review on electromyography signal acquisition and processing","volume":"12","author":"Gohel","year":"2020","journal-title":"Biophys.
