The time of such a transition does not depend on the size of the system but is determined only by the properties of the particles. This phenomenon allows the problem of the horizon (the homogeneity of the universe) to be solved, since the transition time of different parts of the universe (if they were originally entangled with each other) to equilibrium will not depend on their sizes, and the speed of the interaction may be greater than the speed of light. Based on the decay of entangled states, the problem of the predominance of matter over antimatter in the universe can also be solved.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/sym13020337","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2021,2,19]],"date-time":"2021-02-19T20:54:08Z","timestamp":1613768048000},"page":"337","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["Quantum Universe, Horizon, and Antimatter"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"13","author":[{"given":"Alexey V.","family":"Melkikh","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Institute of Physics and Technology, Ural Federal University, 620002 Yekaterinburg, Russia"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2021,2,19]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","first-page":"056001","DOI":"10.1088\/0034-4885\/79\/5\/056001","article-title":"Equilibration, thermalisation, and the emergence of statistical mechanics in closed quantum systems","volume":"79","author":"Gogolin","year":"2016","journal-title":"Rep.
