Our results are obtained for operators in an arbitrary metric space. In the first result, we study exact iterates of the set-valued mapping, while in the second one, we deal with its inexact iterates, taking computational errors into account. In a particular case of a Banach space, if all the operators are symmetric, then the set of all limit points of iterates is symmetric too.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3390\/sym14091852","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2022,9,8]],"date-time":"2022-09-08T09:51:09Z","timestamp":1662630669000},"page":"1852","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/mdpi_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":4,"title":["An Algorithm Based on Unions of Nonexpansive Mappings in Metric Spaces"],"prefix":"10.3390","volume":"14","author":[{"given":"Alexander J.","family":"Zaslavski","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Mathematics, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa 32000, Israel"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"1968","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2022,9,6]]},"reference":[{"key":"ref_1","first-page":"827","article-title":"An unifying approach for some nonexpansiveness conditions on modular vector spaces","volume":"25","author":"Bejenaru","year":"2020","journal-title":"Nonlinear Anal.
