First, a weighted multi-level measurement model was used to determine the hierarchical relationships between comfort factors. Second, a hybrid path analysis model was constructed to analyze the relationships between comfort factors and their impact on overall comfort. Finally, the validity and stability of the results were evaluated using multigroup analyses. The results show that service experience has the greatest impact on overall comfort, with food and beverage being the most influential. Additionally, both service experience and the physical environment affect passengers\u2019 perception of cabin facilities. This study identifies key factors for optimizing overall comfort.
