The intervention promoted intergenerational dialogue through dialogic writing among preservice teachers, beginning teachers, and experienced ones, with the help of tutors. The study objectives were to identify needs, dilemmas and difficulties of novice teachers and to analyse how professional development takes place in the online interaction established. Data collected focused on narratives produced by the participants on a case on the theme of inclusion. Results highlight two themes: 1) addressing challenges, dilemmas, and doubts; 2) problematizing practice and restructuring their interpretive framework.
