Combin."],"abstract":"<jats:p>This paper\u00a0 determines all\u00a0 pairs $(\\mathcal{D},G)$ where $\\mathcal{D}$ is a non-symmetric 2-$(v,k,\\lambda)$ design \u00a0 with $(r,\\lambda)=1$ and\u00a0 $G$ is\u00a0 the\u00a0 almost simple flag-transitive automorphism group of $\\mathcal{D}$ with\u00a0 an exceptional\u00a0 socle of Lie type.
