Dans ce papier, nous contribuons \u00e0 la litt\u00e9rature en \u00e9valuant le lien entre pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et sant\u00e9 sur longue p\u00e9riode. A l\u2019aide de mod\u00e8les probit dynamiques, nous examinons l\u2019influence de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sur la sant\u00e9. Nous contr\u00f4lons la persistance de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 car nous consid\u00e9rons que l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9 aux trajectoires de sant\u00e9 ant\u00e9rieures. L\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pouvant \u00eatre affect\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment d\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 non observ\u00e9e, nous corrigeons le biais d\u2019endog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 qui pourrait affecter nos r\u00e9sultats. Nous concluons que le fait d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement pr\u00e9caire multiplie par 7 le risque de mauvaise sant\u00e9 pour les individus dont la sant\u00e9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 mauvaise et par 1,82 pour les individus en bonne sant\u00e9.
