The complexity also stems from the specifics of the organisation tested and analysed because each institution is an independent body and the digitalisation of processes undergoes different stages and digital transformations influence the respective institution in a different way. This study suggests \u0415DPEO as a new indicator for studying the effectiveness resulting from digitalisation of processes in control institutions.
