Cloud manager is responsible for managing different activities within Cloud using distinct fields. Cloud path protocol has been defined to disseminate information from one node to another in a efficient way. Broadcasting complexities of linear and non-linear Cloud are also being projected in this paper. Mathematical expressions have been established for defining different performance factors of the Cloud network.
