The aim of this work is to investigate the educational potential arising from the creation of networks that encourage learning through web 2.0. The development of learning networks that generate interconnections between different users can transform schools and universities in communities of practice, characterized by an open and multidimensional learning environment. Cloud learning combines the ability to tap into resources distributed information in context, turning a diverse set of applications on mobile digital devices in a personal learning tool. In particular, the cloud learning appears to offer an effective tool for the development of key competences identified by the European framework.<\/p>","DOI":"10.4018\/ijdldc.2013100104","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2014,3,24]],"date-time":"2014-03-24T11:55:51Z","timestamp":1395662151000},"page":"47-52","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["Cloud-Learning"],"prefix":"10.4018","volume":"4","author":[{"given":"Felice","family":"Corona","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Medicine and Surgery, University of Salerno, Salerno, Italy"}]},{"given":"Carla","family":"Cozzarelli","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Human, Philosophical, and Educational Sciences, University of Salerno, Salerno, Italy"}]},{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0003-4335-7635","authenticated-orcid":true,"given":"Pio Alfredo","family":"Di Tore","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Human Sciences, Philosophy and Education (DISUFF), University of Salerno, Italy"}]}],"member":"2432","reference":[{"journal-title":"The world is open: How web technology is revolutionizing education","year":"2009","author":"C.
