This study, therefore, sought to investigate the willingness of Russian students in China to use e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the theoretical framework while the data capture and analysis were done with SPSS. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived service quality, trust, and language were significant in determining the willingness to use e-government services. Language also had a positive impact on the perceived service quality and perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness was however not significant in influencing the willingness to use. Age, gender and education had a significant direct impact on the perceived ease of use of e-government services. These demographic factors were not significant in deciding the perceived usefulness. The implications of these findings are discussed.<\/p>","DOI":"10.4018\/ijea.2018070101","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2018,6,28]],"date-time":"2018-06-28T09:42:46Z","timestamp":1530178966000},"page":"1-19","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":28,"title":["Factors Determining the Use of E-Government Services"],"prefix":"10.4018","volume":"10","author":[{"given":"Isaac Kofi","family":"Mensah","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Management, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Piankova","family":"Vera","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Jianing","family":"Mi","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"School of Management, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China"}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]}],"member":"2432","reference":[{"key":"IJEA.2018070101-0","article-title":"E-government.","author":"A.
