Based on the characteristics of multimedia big data, this paper proposes the construction method and realization path of higher education evaluation method. By analyzing the characteristics of higher education evaluation methods and the application of multimedia big data in higher education evaluation, this paper determines the indicators in the higher education evaluation system from four dimensions. The weights of the indicators at all levels are determined through the entropy weighting method. Finally, this paper empirically tests the comprehensive evaluation method of higher education and proposes feasible measures while analyzing the evaluation results.
