Based on the theory of perceived value, taking the distance online education and training platform as the research object, this paper establishes a sample database, analyzes the reliability, validity, correlation and regression of the data, obtains the main factors of parents' perceived service quality, and analyzes the relationship between parents' perceived service quality and satisfaction and willingness to act, so as to provide ideas for improving the brand awareness of distance online education and training.
