Key factors influencing student mental health were identified and appropriate psychological evaluation indicators were selected to develop a voice interaction system for psychological therapy that incorporated the selected indicators, while leveraging artificial intelligence technology. Using film and television resources\u2014inspirational movies, specifically\u2014as a therapeutic method integrated with voice interaction functionalities, the proposed language interaction model employed label classification and active learning to achieve superior performance, with a peak accuracy of 76.51%. These findings suggest that an artificial intelligence-driven language interaction system grounded in educational psychology can effectively identify students' psychological problems, enhance psychological literacy, and promote healthy life trajectories.
