Therefore, the development of a system capable of predicting and preventing sports injuries has become particularly crucial. This system encompasses multiple stages, including data collection and preprocessing, feature engineering, algorithm modeling, generation of user suggestions, and implementation of intervention measures. By following these steps, the system can produce personalized injury risk assessments for each athlete and offer targeted recommendations to enable them to engage in sports activities more safely. Experimental results demonstrate that the system exhibits excellent performance in various aspects, including accuracy, recall, and precision.
