However, e-procurement platforms are not homogenous and the use of e-procurement solutions for a specific purchasing situation has not been adequately addressed. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between e-procurement types and the purchasing portfolio. A large scaled survey was conducted to collect data from purchasing organizations in different industries.
