Using TIMSS data from Saudi Arabia, with data from 5,453 students in fourth grade mathematics and science, a Bayesian modeling approach was taken to estimate the effects of internet access, cell phone access, and tablet access on student achievement outcomes. Results showed that not having access to a computer or tablet, along with no internet access was associated with lower math and science scores, while not having a smart phone was associated with higher scores alongside other achievement variables.
