Alongside, serious issues exist and are examined with focus on scientific measurements. First and foremost is condensation and icing in functional gap of wooden frame. Root causes have been analyzed, key factors affecting humid characteristics of gap in between sash and frame have been described. Theoretical analysis is based on experimental measurement performed in research labs in Slovakia and EU. This article deals with future steps leading to resolution of this problem, primarily focusing on gasket system. Especially important features of gasket system are those which affect diffuse characteristics. There is an assumption that by optimization of diffuse characteristics condensation can be reduced significantly.
