This integration enables continuous customer guidance throughout the entire journey. Special attention is given to the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in constructing, maintaining, and dynamically adapting this trajectory in real time. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the characteristics of each channel, identifies key points of convergence, and substantiates the methodological role of AI in ensuring connectivity and personalization of the user experience.
