M\u00e9todo: Protocolo de revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica com metan\u00e1lise explorat\u00f3ria, conduzido conforme recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do PRISMA e do Cochrane Handbook e registrado no PROSPERO (CRD420251141475). Ser\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados e estudos quase-experimentais envolvendo estudantes ou profissionais de enfermagem em contextos de simula\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-hospitalar. A busca ser\u00e1 realizada em BDENF, MEDLINE\/PubMed, Cochrane Library, LILACS, Scopus, EMBASE, CINAHL e Web of Science, sem restri\u00e7\u00e3o de idioma ou per\u00edodo. A sele\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrer\u00e1 por dois revisores independentes, com extra\u00e7\u00e3o padronizada dos dados. O risco de vi\u00e9s ser\u00e1 avaliado pelo RoB 2 e pelo checklist do JBI. O uso de referenciais te\u00f3ricos ser\u00e1 classificado como expl\u00edcito, impl\u00edcito\/dedutivo ou ausente, al\u00e9m da an\u00e1lise de sua operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o nas etapas de briefing, execu\u00e7\u00e3o, debriefing e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00edntese dos dados: Ser\u00e1 realizada s\u00edntese narrativa das caracter\u00edsticas metodol\u00f3gicas e do uso de referenciais te\u00f3ricos. Quando houver homogeneidade e dados compar\u00e1veis, ser\u00e1 conduzida metan\u00e1lise com modelo de efeitos aleat\u00f3rios, utilizando diferen\u00e7a m\u00e9dia ou diferen\u00e7a m\u00e9dia padronizada, com avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da heterogeneidade pelo teste \u03c7\u00b2 e estat\u00edstica I\u00b2. A certeza da evid\u00eancia ser\u00e1 analisada pela abordagem GRADE.
