The methodology is literature review, data collection and document analysis. This research starts analyzing scenario of virtualization of judicial processes in the Brazilian Judiciary. Subsequently, it identifies the consequences, mainly regarding the speed of trials. Finally, it analyzes the movements of the CNJ as responsible for the guidelines of judicial policy in Brazil.
