This paper presents the experience gained from various deployments in Aramco projects using 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology as a solution to these conventional construction method limitations, highlighting its applications, benefits, and challenges in actual projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 3DCP offers a faster, more sustainable, and cost-effective alternative to traditional building methods. The paper showcases the company\u2019s pioneering efforts in deploying 3DCP in 10 structures, including the largest and most recent implementations in the Middle East. The company adoption of 3DCP has yielded promising results, including a quantifiable reduced labor requirement (30-60%), faster project completion, precise material utilization, minimized waste, and increased design flexibility.
