Entre outras pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas recentes, destaca-se a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro documento oficial sobre a atividade pedag\u00f3gica - as Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es Pedag\u00f3gicas para Creche. Apesar da relev\u00e2ncia destas medidas, constata-se que n\u00e3o foram acompanhadas de um investimento na forma\u00e7\u00e3o das equipas e na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade destes contextos.
