Examining the expressive qualities of material culture,\n\t\t\t\t\twe draw on data from the trans-national research project \u2018Interfaith\n\t\t\t\t\tChildhoods\u2019. This project generates and documents community perspectives\n\t\t\t\t\ton faith, identity and belonging. In response to our data generated\n\t\t\t\t\tthrough arts workshops with children and focus group discussions with\n\t\t\t\t\tparents, we develop a theoretical framework which observes how the\n\t\t\t\t\tmateriality of religion can shape the ways young people and their parents\n\t\t\t\t\tbuild relationships with those from different religions.
