Para ello se aportan datos emp\u00edricos recabados a trav\u00e9s de un trabajo de campo etnogr\u00e1fico, basado en una triangulaci\u00f3n de observaci\u00f3n participante, entrevistas en profundidad y an\u00e1lisis documental sistem\u00e1tico a partir de bibliograf\u00eda, mapas y material audiovisual de soporte. Los resultados corroboran el papel central de las aplicaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas basadas en algoritmos para la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo dentro del sector, as\u00ed como el efecto decisivo de la Ley Rider en las condiciones de trabajo.
