L\u2019enseignement en distanciel a apport\u00e9 avec lui des solutions p\u00e9dagogiques, mais l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019une ann\u00e9e et demie a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le e-learning a des caract\u00e9ristiques propres, et il faut s\u2019interroger sur ses apports. Cette interrogation est pos\u00e9e \u00e0 propos de l\u2019enseignement universitaire du droit, \u00e0 travers l\u2019analyse et les r\u00e9flexions de deux enseignants et de deux \u00e9tudiants, au sein de deux universit\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes (\u00e0 Porto et \u00e0 Budapest). L\u2019article aborde les questions th\u00e9oriques et pratiques pos\u00e9es: quelles sont les fa\u00e7ons d\u2019assurer une pr\u00e9paration pratique des \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 distance? Les r\u00e9gimes hybrides sont-ils meilleurs que les r\u00e9gimes enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 distance?
