Previous psychological disease screening scales were mainly self-reported and were greatly influenced by subjective factors. This article is based on psychological disease data from Kaggle, and attempts to establish a Logistic regression prediction model using lifestyle habits such as smoking, alcohol intake, diet, and sleep habits as predictive indicators. The research results indicate that at a significance level of 0.001, alcohol intake, diet, and sleep habits have a positive predictive effect on psychological disorders. In contrast, smoking has a negative predictive effect on psychological disorders. In summary, this study suggests using alcohol intake, diet, and sleep habits as indicators for predicting psychological disorders. It explains the negative predictive effect of smoking related to short-term stress events but does not recommend improving mental health through smoking. In the future, it can refine the statistical methods of independent variables and establish more specific predictive models.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.54254\/2753-8818\/2025.21208","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,27]],"date-time":"2025-02-27T05:00:56Z","timestamp":1740632456000},"page":"97-101","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":1,"title":["The Impact of Lifestyle Habits on the Risk of Developing  Psychological Disorders"],"prefix":"10.54254","volume":"84","author":[{"given":"Letian","family":"Wang","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Faculty of Psychology, Beijing Normal University, Beijing, 100875, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"32523","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,27]]},"container-title":["Theoretical and Natural Science"],"original-title":[],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2026,4,18]],"date-time":"2026-04-18T05:30:49Z","timestamp":1776490249000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/tns.ewapub.com\/article\/view\/21208"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,27]]},"references-count":0,"journal-issue":{"issue":"1","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2025,4,17]]}},"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.54254\/2753-8818\/2025.21208","relation":{},"ISSN":["2753-8818","2753-8826"],"issn-type":[{"value":"2753-8818","type":"print"},{"value":"2753-8826","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,27]]}}}
