In accordance with current Portuguese legislation, companies need to establish a safety management structure to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program objective and to obtain certification. This study has proceeded with the study initiated in 2018 related to accidents\u2019 occurrence reported analysis in Portugal in 2008-2015.
