We give a recurrence relation, Binet-like formula, generating and exponential generating functions, summation formula for the higher order Gauss Fibonacci polynomials. Moreover, we give two special matrices that we call $Q^{(s)}(x)$ and $P^{(s)}(x),$ respectively.
