A trav\u00e9s de un enfoque transdisciplinar que integra filosof\u00eda, neurociencia y experiencia pr\u00e1ctica, se proponen cuatro disposiciones internas \u2014aceptaci\u00f3n, coherencia, bondad y desapego\u2014 que favorecen su aparici\u00f3n. M\u00e1s que una t\u00e9cnica, se plantea una actitud que transforma el proceso de dise\u00f1o en una pr\u00e1ctica m\u00e1s fluida, \u00e9tica y significativa.
