Desar."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Este artigo apresenta uma revis\u00e3o da literatura que teve por objetivo verificar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias de realidade virtual no contexto do teletrabalho colaborativo com vistas a impulsionar comportamentos de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e apoiar processos criativos entre equipes remotas. A metodologia utilizada seguiu o protocolo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic re-views and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) e abrangeu trabalhos do tipo Review, Article Research e Conference Abstracts publicados entre 2018 e 2023. A an\u00e1lise resultou na sele\u00e7\u00e3o de 16 estudos relevantes.
