From 2020 the electricity supplied in Romania to final customers comes in a percentage of 54.53% from conventional sources and in the percentage of 45.47% from renewable sources. \nIn other words, we believe that the European Green Pact will contribute in an important way to achieving climate neutrality by reducing carbon emissions produced by the energy sector because the EU's goal for the year 2050 is to achieve neutrality in the emission of greenhouse gases.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.5593\/sgem2022v\/4.2\/s17.64","type":"proceedings-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2023,4,3]],"date-time":"2023-04-03T19:09:37Z","timestamp":1680548977000},"page":"519-526","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":2,"title":["COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCTION POTENTIAL IN ROMANIA"],"prefix":"10.5593","volume":"22","author":[{"ORCID":"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-0926-6564","authenticated-orcid":true,"given":"Ionel","family":"Samfira","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Life Sciences -King Mihai I- from Timisoara","place":["Romania"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Nicolae Marinel","family":"Horablaga","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Life Sciences -King Mihai I- from Timisoara","place":["Romania"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Costel","family":"Barliba","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Life Sciences -King Mihai I- from Timisoara","place":["Romania"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Luminita Livia","family":"Barliba","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Life Sciences -King Mihai I- from Timisoara","place":["Romania"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Saida","family":"Feier-David","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Life Sciences -King Mihai I- from Timisoara","place":["Romania"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]}],"member":"3602","reference":[{"key":"ref=1","doi-asserted-by":"crossref","unstructured":"[1] Ellabban O., Abu-Rub H., Blaabjerg F., Renewable energy resources: Current status, future prospects and their enabling technology.
