For this reason, the research community is increasingly addressing this reality. There is therefore the potential to achieve this positive influence through behavioural management tools, i.e. through the psychological and sociological aspects of society. The paper therefore explores the basic principles of a modern view of linking psychological and sociological influences to the field of sustainable development.\nThe main goal of the paper is to provide a basic justification for linking behavioural aspects to sustainable development, i.e. to show the importance of this connection and to provide a basic description of it. In other words, the paper shows the enormous potential that the connection of behavioural, i.e. psychological and sociological, management tools with the field of sustainable development represents.\nThe issue is based on two key areas, which are the effects of behavioural aspects on motivation for sustainable management and the effects of behavioural aspects on the nodes of sustainable development flows.\nThe authors explore the important context of the problem. Taking these contexts into account, they provide a comprehensive justification of how behavioural tools can be used to positively influence sustainable development. The main methods used in the paper are recherche, comparisons and description.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.5593\/sgem2024\/5.1\/s21.52","type":"proceedings-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2024,12,4]],"date-time":"2024-12-04T12:27:54Z","timestamp":1733315274000},"page":"405-410","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":2,"title":["BEHAVIOURAL ASPECTS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT"],"prefix":"10.5593","volume":"24","author":[{"given":"Jakub","family":"Chlopecky","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Faculty of Economics\/Department of Systems Engineering, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava","place":["Czech Republic"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Jaroslav","family":"Hubacek","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Vitkovice Secondary Industrial School","place":["Czech Republic"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Milos","family":"Svana","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Faculty of Economics\/Department of Systems Engineering, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava,","place":["Czech Republic"]}],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]}],"member":"3602","reference":[{"key":"ref=1","unstructured":"[1] Ameir O., Comparison the Anchoring Effect Application in Employee Management in Silesian Voivodeship with Prague, Moravian-Silesian Region and Vysocina Region, In: New Perspectives and Paradigms in Applied Economics and Business, ISBN 978-3-031-23843-7, Sweden, pp 1-11, 2022."},{"key":"ref=2","unstructured":"[2] Ameir O., Pavlickova R., Comparison the anchoring effect application in employee management in vysocina region with prague and moravian-silesian region, In: Proceedings of the International Scientific Conferece International Days of Science, Czech Republic, pp 23-30, ISBN 978-80-7455-097-3. 2021."},{"key":"ref=3","unstructured":"[3] Contestabile M., Misbehaving: The Making of Behavioural Economics.\ufffd Nature 523(7562): SB1-SB1. 2018."},{"key":"ref=4","unstructured":"[4] Egan M., Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth and Happiness.
