Among the horizontal goals of the European Agricultural Policy are the widespread of digitalization technology in the agricultural production, as well as, the education and the innovation. The key conditions are the widespread application of digitalization technologies in the agricultural production and food industry, the implementation of the investments for the new sustainable technologies, the education and training of the sustainability and the digitalization technologies in adequate level and the innovation. The fair income level of the farmers from their agricultural production activity is the most important determination factors for the generation renewal in the agricultural sector.
