A proposta se baseia no desenvolvimento de um mod personalizado capaz de representar cen\u00e1rios cr\u00edticos em um contexto de smart city. Utilizando o modelo GQM, foram definidas m\u00e9tricas para avaliar crit\u00e9rios como comportamento adaptativo, estabilidade e determinismo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, reprodutibilidade e realismo ambiental.
