O delineamento metodol\u00f3gico do presente estudo foi pautado na abordagem qualitativa, de natureza explorat\u00f3ria e descritiva. Para tanto, participaram seis professores, tr\u00eas de Ci\u00eancias da Natureza e tr\u00eas de Matem\u00e1tica das redes de ensino privada e p\u00fablica das escolas da cidade de Diamantina-MG, que responderam a um question\u00e1rio online. Para analisar os dados, foi proposto um instrumento, a partir do modelo TPCK, para avaliar o perfil de Conhecimento Pedag\u00f3gico, Tecnol\u00f3gico e de Conte\u00fado que os participantes possu\u00edam. Como resultados do estudo, constatou-se que a maioria dos professores fazem uso constante de TIC, como WhatsApp e YouTube, para prop\u00f3sitos educacionais. Todos os professores demonstraram ter acesso e habilidade no uso de ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas e pedag\u00f3gicas, como redes sociais, videoaulas e softwares voltados para a educa\u00e7\u00e3o.
